Harper Brown, Executive Director of Delivery (East) and Deputy Chief Executive (Great Yarmouth and Waveney)
Harper joined us on the 1st March 2010 after spending the last 3½ years in Lesotho in Southern Africa running a charity called SENTEBALE, which helps orphans and vulnerable children. Harper moved to the country in December 2006 with his wife and their three sons.
Before that, he spent more than 18 years in the NHS as Director of Commissioning and Strategic Planning.
