We aim to provide a coherent approach to designing and educating our workforce that delivers safe, effective and responsive services in line with NHS Norfolk’s and NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney’s strategic plans ‘Bold and Ambitious’ and ‘Fastest Improving Health in England’.

Working in partnership with Suffolk and Norfolk health, social care colleagues and education institutions, we strive to achieve continuous improvement of quality and services that will ultimately lead to improved quality of care.
